YOUR FIRST TREATMENT

On your first visit reflexology is explained in more detail and a brief medical history taken. Rosanna then begins working on your feet, using gentle hand pressure with a light cream or powder.

Whilst reflexology works hard at stimulating the body’s healing mechanisms, most people find it extremely relaxing and therapeutic.
